Austin, TX- Aspyr Media, Inc. announced the next installment of the best-selling Tom Clancy¹s Rainbow Six series of games with Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield for Macintosh. The game was licensed from Ubi Soft Entertainment and Mac conversion was done by i5works.

Tom Clancy¹s Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield is the third game in the Rainbow Six line, which has sold more than 7 million copies worldwide.

The Rainbow Six franchise is known for its action-packed game play and heart-stopping realism, and Tom Clancy¹s Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield will continue the tradition. Tom Clancy¹s Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield features a brand new storyline in which Team Rainbow traverses the world in a string of dramatic operations.

The game uses graphics technology provided by the next-generation Unreal engine to power 15 new single-player missions that include the discovery of a cache of biological weapons and stopping an armed gang from terrorizing a London bank.

In Tom Clancy¹s Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield, players command an elite, multinational squad of special operatives against a hidden terrorist foe. Team Rainbow must race against time to stop terror and unravel a mystery in locations around the world. From London to the Caribbean to Rio de Janeiro, lead Team Rainbow in a desperate effort to battle a madman and foil his doomsday plot.

Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield features fifteen all-new single-player missions, six dedicated multiplayer maps, and fifty-seven weapons with real-world accessories for endless customization.

The game is rated ³M² for Mature by the ESRB and is available at retailers nationwide for the suggested retail price of $49.99.
