Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Patch 1.02 Available now for Download

Today Ubisoft announces that a new single-player patch for Dark Messiah of Might and Magic is now available. A multiplayer patch will also be available soon automatically via Steam update: www.steampowered.com.

Key features for patch 1.02 include:

Single-player:

• The "hard” difficulty setting of the game has been reworked to be harder
• Global difficulty has been adjusted in the second half of the game to better reflect character evolution
• An intermediary texture details level has been implemented, which as a result, the former "high” setting has been renamed to "very high”
• Most major bugs have been fixed.

Multiplayer:

• All existing maps have been modified
• All classes have been modified for balance
• Addition of several options to modify game setting for lower configurations

The multiplayer component will also be updated in the coming weeks with new additions, including a Capture The Flag game mode, two new maps dedicated to this new mode, and a map editor.
