DarkSpace Holding Beta Stress Test

Participants can download beta client

From This coming week Palestar will be performing a stress test of the latest version of DarkSpace 1.481. Everyone is invited to join us in the Beta Lobby for this grand event. You must download the BETA client from the download section to participate, please be sure to install the beta version into a different directory from your normal DarkSpace install, if you have it.

 Everyone who BETA tests the new version for more than 2 hours, will receive a 2 week coupon for free play time once the new version is released as well as a BETA badge in their player profile.

Darkspace 1.481 is the upcoming patch for the game updating what is essentially the core of the game, the servers, and more. The main part of this patch is the coding of a new server backend, the game will use the UniverseServer in the next version. This means less lag, no more having to connect across systems in the MetaVerse, etc.
