MORE FUN THAN A BARREL OF MONKEYS AWAITS YOU ON THE OFFICIAL ZOO TYCOON™ SITE

 Microsoft today announced that the official Web site for Zoo Tycoon is now live at http://www.microsoft.com/games/zootycoon/. The wild and wooly Zoo Tycoon site features new screenshots, product info, downloadable sounds, a fan site kit (FSK), the latest previews, and an avi showing off some of the exciting gameplay. 

 Zoo Tycoon brings a new and exciting twist to the tycoon style of simulation games, challenging players to construct a healthy and vibrant zoo while managing animal and guest happiness. With more than 40 unique animals and over 175 habitat and zoo building materials, Zoo Tycoon includes an intuitive design that allows players to build, manage and maintain a thriving metropolitan zoo. Players can build an extensive menagerie, from traditional favorites such as elephants, lions and giraffes to more exotic offerings including pandas and white Siberian tigers. Players must decide how to turn a profit with their zoo -- some may choose the path of frugal management, while others may overcharge for admission and stiff the guests with an $8 soda!

Zoo Tycoon's easy-to-manage design enables players to oversee the growth of their zoos, while the interactive tutorial provides helpful assistance for players looking to enjoy the game right out of the box. Developed by Blue Fang Games LLC, Zoo Tycoon allows players of all skill levels to construct a zoo or engage in one of 15 challenging scenarios for players of all levels. With fun, intelligent, challenging gameplay, Zoo Tycoon is the perfect holiday game for the entire family. Zoo Tycoon has an ESRB rating of "E" for Everyone.

The Zoo Tycoon FSK is a set of downloadable assets that will make it easy for fans to construct sites dedicated to the highly anticipated sim title from Blue Fang. Currently, the FSK contains 17 in-game screenshots, three sounds, eight button images, box art, sounds, and logos.
