Battlefield 2142 Veterans Program Live

DICE and EA are pleased to announce that the Battlefield 2 Veterans Program is now live

As the war for survival approaches, experienced soldiers are needed more than ever, and now Battlefield 2 players can reserve their soldier’s name before Battlefield 2142 ships this October, ensuring their legacy will continue in the new game. Or, Veterans can choose to register an all-new name, as long as it is not already in use in Battlefield 2. As an added bonus, Veterans will be awarded an exclusive indicator, which will appear next to their name in Battlefield 2142, so everyone will know they had a tour of duty in Battlefield 2. Veterans will also receive an immediate promotion in Battlefield 2142, which will let them choose an unlock. Finally, they will receive a new verbal taunt to use in Battlefield 2.
