Metro 3D Announces Earache Extreme Metal Racing Demo Date

PC Demo Coming; Count Down Started...

Metro 3D Publishing would like to announce that we are all going to DIE!! They don’t want to spread fear and panic BUT we are all going to DIE!! The doom-sages say the signs are all around us, the Da Vinci Code is placing a spanner in the works of the church and if you happened to have seen the Eurovision song contest last weekend, Finland presented the face of death as its song for Europe, and won! (for the rest of the world that doesn’t experience this contest, you’re so missing out!).

So the sign of the Beast is about to hit our calendars- 666, yes all three digits are on the horizon. It can only mean one thing; the Beast along with his mates the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are about to unleash a plague of death across the planet! but on a lighter note;

Whilst all hell is let lose you could spend your last few hours playing the demo for Earache Extreme Metal Racing, which by happy coincidence is going to be made available on that day; 666 from its own very special site; 6-6-06.co.uk.

The featured level drops you deep in the bowels of hell for a race amongst a devilish backdrop of fire and brimstone. Your opponents are demons who are hell-bent on making sure you don’t reach the pole position; they will attack you with blood soaked spinning blades and hammers of the gods, whilst one foe even uses the ‘beast tongue’ to whip you into shape!

The level will also be populated with the fearsome living dead who carry either the plague of death or the special acceleration boost, so don’t be shy and go in for the kill!
