LEGO Alpha Team Review
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to prevent the fiendish Ogel from using his mind control devices to gain control of the world! Now, what kid could pass THAT by! Heck, even us adults couldn't. You get to lead a team of Alpha Members to the rescue of the world, until 5 of the 6 disappear! That leaves just you and one other to stop Ogel from turning everyone into zombies.
Definitely absorbing and loads of fun! From building the Lego rescue equipment to springing into action to save your comrades, this is a nonstop, action-filled game. There are different missions in the game, and in each mission you will be asked to do something different. It's up to YOU to decide how to go about solving the problems.
The Lego team has really outdone themselves with this one! I had more fun playing it than my grandkids did, I think. The sound is great, graphics are excellent and the interactiveness is pure fun! The only problem I saw with the game is that it DOES require a 3-D accelerator card so make sure you have one before you buy the game. But, barring that little hitch, it's a whole lot of fun and it also teaches some problem-solving skills (but don't tell the kids that). I definitely enjoyed it.
