Chrome SpecForce Preview

A sci-fi first person shooter based in the future, SpecForce is a graphically stunning game. Mixing head-to-head combat, the need for strategy, solo and squad based combat the new game brought to us by Techland is a fun game. The prequel to Chrome, SpecForce a feast for the eyes and the mind.

The graphical quality of SpecForce is extremely high. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous. The world is rendered in fine detail and exquisite quality. Everything from shadows to the muzzle flash of a gun shows the same quality and attention to detail. The characters in SpecForce are amazing. Characters, vehicles and the setting all boast great graphical quality.

Working their way through the game players will have the chance to use a wide variety of weapons. Even more entertaining are the vehicles players can use. There are light vehicles for fast travel and heavier vehicles for close combat. Players can hop into a quick transport and get to the combat area in a hurry, then stop and proceed with caution.

Players will have to think ahead and decide how they want to approach any situation. SpecForce is a tactical shooter. The game boasts many features, including problem solving, stealth, and squad based combat in addition to the traditional single-person shooting elements. Players will be forced to think their way through a problem and not simply blast their way to victory.

If this isn’t enough to catch your interest SpecForce also boasts a wide range of missions. Players will have to undertake dangerous rescue missions and sensitive espionage missions. When stealth isn’t an option be prepared for some heavy fighting in the assault missions.

SpecForce is due to release in Europe next month and it shows. The game itself has been highly polished. The graphics, interface, and missions are all extremely well done. There is also a lot of detail put into the game, things that are not immediately apparent. Those little details are the icing on the cake, making it easier for players to immerse themselves in the world of SpecForce.

Techland’s SpecForce is an amazing FPS game. The graphics and gameplay will pull players into the world. The attention to detail the developers have given the game will help players immerse themselves easily. Fun and exciting missions help make SpecForce a quality game.
