E3 2003 - First Look

From Buka Entertainment comes Fair Strike, an action/simulation helicopter fighter.  Fair Strike puts you in the shoes of a UN pilot in the near future who is ordered to root out a growing terrorist threat.  You take control of one of six accurate helicopters as you run varied missions across huge landscapes.  Fair Strikes missions take you to such locales as South Africa and the Caribbean. 

The game gives you the choice of playing the missions using very simplified arcade style controls or more complex simulation style controls, offering up two completely different types of gameplay.  The game also supports online gameplay for up to 16 players, and either a cockpit camera or one behind the copter.  The preview which I saw featured some really nice textures and lighting effects, and the onscreen action was intense, yet not too convoluted. 

Look for Fair Strike to hit the PC sometime this fall.
