Description
The game is played out though the colonies the player builds on worlds, moons and asteroids." explains Lead designer Thomas de Rivaz. "The player can build a colony up from a landing pod to a mighty metropolis, or build a network of colonies to trade with each other. Throughout the storyline the player is free to develop in many different directions and the game adapts to suit the player's needs and discoveries.

- Rich Simulated Universe: A gritty backstory that ties in closely with a realistic future history of Earth, technologies and developments take place in a coherent near future sci-fi setting.
- Detailed tech-tree with over 30 weapons, buildings, and ship-mods to discover.
- Design ships: Pick a ship schematic and equip weapons, armour and mods to hardpoints. Then command shipyards to build a fleet from the design.
- Cinematic camera views of space battles in planet orbit.
