The game is played with standard Chess rules, but on a slightly larger playing field, enabling the introduction of two additional new Chess pieces, the Wizard and the Champion. Each having their own unique leaping moves, which adds new elements of excitement, and competition not found in traditional Chess. Omega Chess is suitable for ages 8+. Children enjoy playing Omega Chess even more than Chess due to the 2 new fantasy characters the Wizard and Champion.
