Description
One of the most highly-acclaimed fantasy RPG franchises is about to get even better. Players will be able to finally experience the award-winning medieval world of Might and Magic in full immersive 3D gaming. Along with an all-new 3D engine, Might and Magic IX remains true to Jon Van Caneghem’s rich storytelling where there is more than meets the eye. In this first-person RPG, New World Computing is expanding the Might and Magic brand to another new world while staying true to the traditions of the Might and Magic universe. Your adventure begins when you and your shipwrecked party meet a strange woman on the Isle of Ashes in the middle of the Verhoffin Sea. She tells you of the bloodthirsty Beldonian Horde that is poised to invade your homeland of Chedian. Your destiny starts to unfold when she explains that you are the only chance for the land’s survival, and that you must unite the six clans of the Chedian against the Beldonian Horde. The fate of the world rests in your hands.
