Per an announcement received from Novalogic today the PC title Necrocide: The Dead Must Die has been officially pulled from their current development schedule.
Description
Necrocide: The Dead Must Die(TM), set for release in the second quarter of 2001, is an action game that casts the player as a vengeful huntress determined to exterminate hordes of evil beasties. The world's fate is in good hands -- no one knows how to kill the undead better than our heroine, since she happens to be a vampire. The game, set in present-day and in real-world locations, sends players up against werewolves, necromancers, zombies, succubae, demons, and hellhounds. The heroine will be armed to the fangs with an arsenal of traditional and technologically advanced weapons and all manner of vampiric powers.
