A beefed-up add-on disc that looks sure to satisfy. Set after the original StarCraft conflict, the storyline has a civil war within the Zerg faction resulting in a decimated fighting force, while the Zerg "Queen of Blades" has a grudge with the Terran Emperor. The new campaign picks up where the original left off. Brood War comes complete with one hundred new multi-player maps, and also has a new version of the mission editor "StarEdit," which allows level designers to design their own missions using new units and tilesets.
