World Famous WarBirds Title Featured in First Ad Series!
Description
Dawn of Aces is based on the WarBirds engine but has a completely different flavor. The flight arenas carry a more historic feel. The terrain is based on France with a front and aerodromes on both sides. Unlike WarBirds, which has four non-distinct countries (purple, red, green and gold countries), Dawn Of Aces only has two teams. A pilot is able to fly for the Allies or the Central Powers and only has the appropriate aircraft available to his side. In addition to the detailed cockpit artwork, Dawn of Aces contains realistic flight modeling for each plane and navigational maps that allow players to plan their air combat missions. Dawn of Aces focus's on the WWI air battles over France. Players can fly as either Allied (British or French) or Central (German) pilots. Each time a player enters the game, they will be able to preview the game map and then decide which side of the ongoing battle they would like to join. Using iMagic Online's proprietary MEGAplayer technology, Dawn of Aces allows hundreds of pilots from around the world to fly together without concern for sluggish gameplay. Dawn of Aces also uses iMagic Onlines MEGAvoice"! technology which enables players to actually speak with and taunt each other directly over the Internet while flying. Dawn of Aces implements Microsofts Direct 3D( for accelerated graphics. Players with and without 3D accelerator cards can fly together in the same real-time arenas. Also, be sure to check out the patches for the most current versions and new Hi-Res graphics packs.
