As the nation's top military helicopter pilot, players must fly in and out of Vietnam and rescue hostages using a Chinook, Huey, Loach or Cobra, the era's most advanced choppers. Additional mission objectives include seek-and-destroy, assault, escort, and recon. With 26 missions all based on actual operations carried out by the U.S. forces in the Vietnam War, as well as information taken from genuine declassified military reports. Environments are brought to life through the use of graphical effects such as translucency, fog, flare FX, dynamic lighting and animated skylines.
