Norns are small living animals that live in a virtual world called Albia. Norns look like a cross between a dog, a cat, and a deer. They are very cute and furry little creatures that hatch from eggs. All Norns, like all animals, are unique and develop his or her own characteristics and personality as they go through life. They are friendly and very playful creatures that are eager to learn. Creatures are real artificial life on your PC. Norns have digital DNA, a neural network or brain, and chemical metabolism, all of which can be affected by his or her experiences and your actions as it’s owner. Owners can monitor Norn chemistry and respond to their needs as they grow-- encouraging them to eat, sleep, play, talk, reproduce, even stay away from dangerous terrain or other life forms. Remember, their life is in your hands!
